A District for all to thrive for generations to come. That vision has inspired my public service since I was first elected in 2014.
Our neighbours, friends and families should be able to build roots, stay connected and see their future here at every stage of life. The next Council will make tough decisions about affordability and quality of life that will shape our community for generations. We must maintain and improve infrastructure, transportation and the services people rely on, while understanding long-term costs and demanding accountability for major projects.
Council is strongest when members each bring their different experience to the table and test decisions from more than one perspective. I bring the experience of serving two terms on District Council, a record of community volunteering and nonprofit leadership, and more than 15 years as a professional engineer working on major transportation infrastructure. I understand how local government works, where partnerships are needed and how Council decisions shape our community.
I also know what it means to choose North Vancouver, work to find a suitable home, raise my two children here and manage the everyday cost of living in this community. Together, these experiences help me bring people together, work through complex problems and keep Council decisions grounded in how they affect daily life.
I am running again to help Council make responsible decisions, protect what we value about North Vancouver and keep building a community where we can all make a good life.
