It means protecting our natural environment for future generations, creating parks, streets, and public spaces that bring people together and builds community, and supporting local businesses while creating opportunities for the next generation of entrepreneurs to invest here.

Parks & Green Space: Plans to convert the city-owned lot on East 1st Street into a permanent park, upgrade sports fields to all-weather surfaces, and incentivize functional green space in new developments.

Jessica remains dedicated to serving the North Vancouver community and working to find collaborative solutions to building a City that is climate resilient, provides sustainable and effective transportation options, and aims to be inclusive and equitable.

The need for truly affordable housing, climate change action, increased child care, protecting trees, reducing tax increases, and more effective public engagement on important issues.

If elected my primary goals If elected, my primary goals will focus on advocating for community safety, addressing the challenges of climate change, promoting sustainability, affordable housing & equitable governance, ensuring our decisions mirror the diverse fabric of our community.

I also helped deliver the Harry Jerome Community Recreation and Silver Harbour Centres, the North Shore Neighbourhood House rebuild including affordable rental homes, the Central Lonsdale Business Improvement Area, and the City's first tree canopy target.

If elected, Anna will champion attainable housing; match growth with infrastructure and services; improve transportation safety and connectivity for everyone; support families and local businesses; and advance climate resilience.

I championed pedestrian safety, accessibility, mature tree retention and heritage preservation. I raised concerns about wastewater treatment plant costs and strongly supported calls for an independent public inquiry.

My second-term priorities are public input, traffic flow, transit, affordable housing, protections for displaced tenants, more trees and parks, business vitality, and stewardship of taxpayer dollars.

I will support practical action on climate resilience, including protecting our trees, parks, and public spaces.

My priorities are practical: predictable property taxes; housing for families, workers, and seniors that is supported by infrastructure while protecting neighbourhood character and green space; better coordination of road work and a united North Shore voice on transit; responsive municipal services; and stronger wildfire and emergency preparedness.

Improving access to libraries, parks, recreation, sports, and cultural opportunities for everyone. Climate justice. Protecting our land, air, and water from a perspective of equity.

I remain committed to responsible spending, protecting the environment, prioritizing transportation infrastructure, supporting small business, and reviewing our Official Community Plan.

HOUSING: Explore alternative housing options (Co-op, rent to own, repurposed buildings, home sharing for seniors & students, and purpose-built homes for public sector workers) – to better meet the needs of local people ECONOMY: Prioritize maintaining & growing commercial space so local residents can live and work here TRANSPORTATION: Urge changes to combat traffic gridlock & encourage active transportation COMMUNITY: Support additional childcare facilities so more families can find care close to home CLIMATE: Add wildfire mitigation measures to DNV climate emergency actions

I care about housing that allows people to put down roots, transportation that works for everyday life, strong neighbourhood connections, responsible growth, environmental stewardship, and preparing our community for climate and technological change.

I also want to advance financially responsible plans to renew aging community facilities, protect our parks, trails and natural environment, prepare for climate risks, and continue pushing for transparency and accountability at Metro Vancouver.
