If elected my primary goals If elected, my primary goals will focus on advocating for community safety, addressing the challenges of climate change, promoting sustainability, affordable housing & equitable governance, ensuring our decisions mirror the diverse fabric of our community.

I'll advocate for safer, more welcoming neighbourhoods, vibrant public spaces, and the local businesses that give our community its character.

My priorities are practical: predictable property taxes; housing for families, workers, and seniors that is supported by infrastructure while protecting neighbourhood character and green space; better coordination of road work and a united North Shore voice on transit; responsive municipal services; and stronger wildfire and emergency preparedness.

HOUSING: Explore alternative housing options (Co-op, rent to own, repurposed buildings, home sharing for seniors & students, and purpose-built homes for public sector workers) – to better meet the needs of local people ECONOMY: Prioritize maintaining & growing commercial space so local residents can live and work here TRANSPORTATION: Urge changes to combat traffic gridlock & encourage active transportation COMMUNITY: Support additional childcare facilities so more families can find care close to home CLIMATE: Add wildfire mitigation measures to DNV climate emergency actions
