My priorities are Students First; Ethical, Transparent and Accountable Governance; Building Relationships Through Trust and Engagement; and Belonging, Opportunity and Well-Being.
Schools & education
Public education continues to evolve as we better understand the students we are educating, how they learn and what they need to thrive.
Throughout my time on the Board, I have worked to keep students at the centre of decision-making.
My priorities are Students First; Ethical, Transparent and Accountable Governance; Building Relationships Through Trust and Engagement; and Belonging, Opportunity and Well-Being. I will continue to advocate for strong literacy and numeracy, inclusive learning environments, and the resources needed to meet the needs of students in today’s classrooms. Every student should have opportunities to learn, participate, belong and reach their potential.
Public education is the backbone of a strong community.

Having served as a School Trustee for four terms, I have seen that evolution firsthand. I am seeking re-election because I believe that experience and perspective are valuable as we continue to learn, adapt and improve.
